General Settings

The General Settings section of the Settings module is accessible by clicking  the double gear icon on the Main Navigation Panel.

Available Configuration

Here you will define basic information about your Portal:

• Organisation Name: The name of your organization displayed on the log-in page and in the header of the emails sent to the agent
• Language: Currently the application is offered in English or French
• Documentation: Input the URL mapping to the the documentation for your organisation
