For every referral you make that turns into a paid subscription, we’ll pay you 20% of their monthly subscription fee. It’s that simple.
How does it translate in real life? Let’s look at two examples.
Example 1
You refer a small organization who signs up for the TEAM package. They use the Twilio SMS channel to assist their community.
You earn: $20 per month. That represents $240 per year.
Example 2
You refer a large organization with 20 agents who signs up for the BUSINESS package and they setup a white label Online user service portal channel and and email channel.
You earn: $102 per month. That represents $1224 per year.

Sign Up
From your Confides account, head to Settings > Referral Partner Program, and, click Enroll. From there, enter the email address of the Paypal account where you want the payments to be made.
Refer
You will be given a unique link (URL) that you can send in an email to a colleague, put in your email signature or post on social media and/or your website (really, that unique link can be used anywhere you want).
Or, you can go old-school and ask your colleagues and partners to mention you when signing up for Incognito Desk.
Get Paid
On the 25 of every month we deliver the earned referral amounts you have accumulated so far to your PayPal account. You’ll also receive an email from us with the details for that referral amount.

1) Terms and conditions
This program is accessible to paying customers in good standing who have been customer of Confides for at least 3 months or more. For each new paid subscription specifying your referral code, Confides will pay 20% of the monthly subscription fee to the referrer. The referral amounts are considered earned 90 days after payment of the monthly subscription fee. The earned referral amounts are paid via Paypal on the 25th of every month. There are no limits on the number of referral a participating customer can make and earned amounts will be paid for as long as you remain a customer in good standing. Participants can choose to donate their earned referral amount to the non-profit accessibility fund. Confides reserves the right to exclude from the program any participant who abuses the platform and/or the program. In the event that a referral does not result in a new paid subscription, Confides will not be liable to pay any referral fees. Confides reserves the right to change or terminate this program at any time. In the event this program is terminated, Confides will make one final payment to each participant for the amounts earned until termination. The terms of this program are governed by the Terms of use of Confides.
