Add a channel
The agent portal will feel pretty empty without means for people to communicate with you. Some companies call it inboxes, we prefer to refer to them as channels (since someday we aim to handle audio and video communications as well).
You can choose between many kinds of channels like email, SMS or even the Demonstration Channel to get acquainted with Confides. You can configure your channels from Settings > Channel.
