Onboard your team

From Settings > Users, groups and permissions you can add all the agents (aka user accounts) you need for your team.

Depending on everyones responsibilities, you can fine tune their access into the portal.

p.s. If you normally work alone, you can always add someone as a standby and restrict them to the Agent role.
